BFIT’S TEN WEEK BIGGEST LOSER–BEGINS January 15, 2012

1) BFit’s Biggest Loser in Denver, Pa:  Tuesday January 3, 6:00 PM

Held at BFit located on 22 Denver Rd., Denver PA

2) BFit’s Biggest Loser in Reading, Pa:  Wednesday January 4 at 7:00 PM

Held at Corps Fitness located at 220 N. Park Rd., Reading, Pa

More Info. Below:

Who: Open to all those wishing to lose 20 or more pounds.

What: BFit is offering a 10-week team and individual weight loss challenge.

Where: All group personal training and nutrition sessions will take place at BFit, or at Corps Fitness or in Lititz at 620 Paxton Place.

When: All Sessions begin September 11.

Program Includes:

· Complete body composition analysis Week 1, Week 5 and Week 10, including before and after photo’s

· Customized nutrition program

· 2 group personal training sessions per week for 8 or 10-weeks

· Access to a personal trainer for consultations throughout the duration of the program

· Customized motivational team bracelet

· Trainer Tips, Mentor Tips and Motivational E-mails weekly (value; priceless)

* Group camaraderie, accountability; life changing lessons, greater health and lots of fun (value; priceless)

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded to Overall Biggest Loser’s with the greatest % of body weight lost.  In Addition, there will be prizes awarded to the winning team.

Program Components:

Individual participants will be assigned to a team. Each team will be led by one of our nationally certified Personal Trainers. Due to the nature of this program teams are limited to a size of 10-12 members per each team. Positions on the teams will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. Each participant will be required to meet the following exercise and nutrition commitments.

Exercise Commitment:

Teams will meet 2 x a week with their trainer. One session will be 1 hour in length and the 2nd session will be 1.5 hours in length. The longer session will include group weigh-in’s along with group support & goal setting. Times and days will be determined at the information meeting. In addition, participants will be given exercise homework assignments that they are to complete on days they are not meeting with their team.

Nutrition Commitment:

Each biggest loser participant will be required keep a food log of everything they eat. This will include a daily tally of calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber. They are instructed to follow their personal nutritional guidelines to the best of their ability.

Weekly Weigh-ins:

Weigh-ins will be done together as a group. Team members will weigh in together as a team and weight loss will be announced each week to team members

Getting Started:

To register to be a part of BFit’s 2012 New Year–New You Biggest Loser Program  please attend one of our very important information and registration meetings:

1)  January 3 (Tuesday)  at 6:00 PM at BFit located at 22 Denver Rd. Denver Pa

2) January 4 (Wednesday) at 7:00 PM at Corps Fitness, located at 220 N. Park Rd., Reading, Pa

Prior to beginning the program each participant will need to complete an exercise and health history questionnaire and in many cases will be asked to get their physician’s clearance. They will also undergo with their trainer a complete body composition analysis, and will be given a one on one customized nutrition consultation, along with before and after photos.

What you will need:

· Good pair of exercise shoes

· Loose fitting, comfortable workout clothes

· A heart rate monitor (not required but highly recommended)

· Water bottle

· Willing and Ready Spirit Committed to Succeed
