BFit's Individual and Small Group Personal Training

The GOAL is maintain your teams weight within 5-pounds or your individual weight within 2 pounds. Also to exercise at least 2 times per week for a minimum of 10 minutes~

  Mornings: Tuesday and Friday mornings at 5:30 am at Adamstown YMCA,

  Located at 71 East Main Street, Adamstown, PA 19501
We do it all, Tabata's, Weights, medicine balls, functional exercises encompassing the total body!  All are welcome!
