BFit's AnyK Training Program
This is our running, walking, jogging program that gets us all outside :).  With this program you are encouraged to set a goal to complete a 5K, 10K or AnyK of your choice.  However, your success really does depend on your goal.  This program will include some interval training, where we will do timed bouts of faster walk/running with slower, in addition our goal will be to progress as we go by adding on more distance each week.   You will be strongly encouraged to get out and get in 1-2 extra days of walk/running on your own for at least 30 minutes.
When:  Every Wednesday beginning June 14, 2017.
Where:  Wyomissing Trail

Cost:  $70.00


The GOAL is To do some sort of exercise for 50 days straight. Exercise must be a minimum of 15 minutes continuous.   See the link here for important details.

STARTS:  Wednesday June 21--1st Day of Summer  and ends August 9.

Cost:  $10, if you complete the challenge get your $10 back and have a chance to win

a $25 gift card to the store of your choice!
